THE GUARANTEE PROCESS FOR THE MARKET UNIT. REVIEW OF EFFICIENCIES AND INEFFICIENCIES.

Abstract

In this work we proceed to analyze the special process for the market unit, created in 2013 through the Market Unit Guarantee Law. This judicial process throws up a series of inconveniences and problems that we have been analyzing throughout it, with a view to making lege foerenda proposals aimed at improving the process, the regulatory text and its quality in its day.
