							Abstract

This work is an out-loud reflection on Constitutional Law about a concept as nebulous and controversial as the gender perspective. We start by analyzing the concept as a supposedly legal notion, the study of which reveals notorious confusion and indeterminacy. Secondly, we study how this notion is a product of the most recent egalitarian legislation. Thirdly, we address the concept as it has appeared in some constitutional rulings, especially in individual votes. It ends with a background reflection on the problematic nature of the notion from a constitutional perspective.
